That story continued...

Well not 10 years on I have been directly involved in over $150 Million Dollars worth of property transactions and am very active in the market today, in fact as active as I've ever been, if you're wondering when did I do most of this work.
 

You see, the current market, is the market, and there are great opportunities in the market or there would be no real estate agents, developers or activity going on at all, in fact the quieter it is the better for us in many ways, I'll explain more why I say that on the evening.
 

There are differences and new considerations that I am making allowance for and a number of tweaks we apply to our evaluation of projects, and of course the way we are structuring our deals that really minimise our risk in the projects. I promise you I'll speak more about that at our event so you can get some clarity around this.
 

Certainly it is not a market to be going bullishly into without the right partnerships and mentors, especially if you have no or little experience in this environment.
